Directions: Adults and children age 6 and older, take one capsule 10-15 minutes before each meal. If you feel hungry between meals, you may take one capsule as needed between meals, up to 9 capsules per day, or as directed by a doctor. This product's effectiveness is directly related to the degree which you reduce your usual daily food intake. Attempts at weight reduction which involve the use of this product should be limited to periods not exceeding 3 months, because that should be enough time to establish new eating habits. just enough I think these work just enough to take the edge off of hunger. I take 2 caps at a time, usually in the afternoon and if I'm busy (brain occupied) I don't really think about it. I think they are a little pricey, but it's worth trying a bottle to see if they work for you. January 18, 2013
illusion This product NaturalCare Appetite did not curb or suppress my appetite at all. In fact I even took 2 pills at a time. Fortunately there were no serious side effects. In my opinion it does not do anything at all and hence it is not a worthwhile product for anyone to use in a weight loss program. April 20, 2011
They work! I read so many wonderful reviews on other sites, was still hesitant to try. Glad I did though!! They really did supress my appetite. You still eat, just not as much! Worth it for me. May 11, 2010
Dissapointed I've been trying these pills for the last 5 days now, and they are not helping me like I wanted. I eat well durring the day but sometimes splurge when I get home from work or on the weekends. The only thing I notice when taking the pills is that they do take the edge off the craving to eat something, but only for about 30 minutes. These do nothing for appetite control. I do not recomend this to anyone. October 14, 2009
