Raspberry Ketone
Only started them 1 week ago so no noticable weightloss yet..

I Like These!
I got these to help burn fat, after seeing them on the Dr. Oz Show. I can feel the warm sensation when I take them, and I do think they help.

razberry keytone mega
I was not satisfied with this product. I experienced some discomfort in my chest. It seemed to have the same affect on me as caffeine does. I'm not sure why. I can't tolerate caffeine.

Mega Failure
My wife and I had been taking the 100mg Rasberry Ketones from Swansons which work great. We decided to switch over to these because they were 250mg thinking less pills to swallow. Unfortunately these capsules which are supposed to be 250mg don't work as well as 1 of the 100mg Swanson capsules. Don't waste your money on these.

Gained weight
This is suppose to be a weight loss supplement according to Dr Oz. Big Joke. I gained weight. I have kept 40 lbs. off for almost a year but recently went on vacation and put a few more on. I thought this would perfect solution to get rid of a few lbs., but instead I put on weight. Now I am 10 lbs up from my inital weight loss gaining over 5 lbs since I started on the ketones 2 weeks ago. After doing research I found you needed approximately 800 mg daily for it to work so after over two weeks of taking 750 mg. daily (250 mg 3x daily) I have not lost anything, instead I have gained. The label does not state that it is natural raspberry ketones, just the company name of Natural Sport, so possibly this is a synthetic item and will not work effectively. Swanson needs to take it off their website.

Poor effectiveness
All my mom's friend had been taking the Raspberry ketones and seen effectiveness. I got this brand and use it for a month and I don't see any change and do exercise everyday.

Vague
Despite the brand name "Natural " Sport, I am unable to find out if the product is actually natural. I checked the bottle and their website but nothing revealed if the ingredients are natural or synthetic. It is very important that this product uses natural ingredients to be effective. Maybe that is why I haven't seen the results I was hoping for.

I am sure this works in conjunction with exercise but my husband has not been exercising.
