PGX I am not sure if this works yet. I have been using it for about a month. While I was ending my first bottle a little slip of paper packaged in plastic that states that you may need to take 3-6 per meal to feel the effectiviness of the product. My only gripe is why don't they tell you this on the bottle? The 2 helped a little to curb appetite, but 3 really works!! I could have lost weight if I would have been tuned into this important info!!!! I will be buying one more bottle and taking 3 softgels before each meal instead of 2 and see if it makes a difference.
