I have been taking this supplement for a month and I believe I am seeing some good results with my skin. Too early to know what effect it is having on my hair. I will continue using it as long as I can afford it and as long I think it is beneficial.

I take 2 capsules a day. My hair and nails grow like crazy since I've started taking this product about 6 months ago. And now that I'm writing this review, I've noticed my skin tone/complexion are also better! Hope it's having the same affect on my bones.

After taking BioSil for about a month, I can tell a difference in my skin. I'll definitely keep taking for even more results in the future!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Thinning Hair Lady Would never be without it
I would NEVER be without this, and my doctor recommends it. I prefer the liquid. This builds bones, keeps skin and hair stronger than without it. My friend had bone-related surgery, I told her to take it, and her doctor was amazed at her rate of bone repair. In my 60's, my bone density test showed that of a healthy 20 year old. Of course, this won't work without the requisite minerals like calcium, magnesium, boron and so on. Older LEF research shows silica is the rate-limiting factor for building bone. That was years ago, and I so I have taken this since reading that article. But it is never too late!
