Rest without the "next day drag" Being a college student plagued with "owl" tendencies, it can be hard to get to sleep at a decent hour (and stay asleep). At times I would have to sleep for 10-14 hours a night to get adequate sleep; this of course ruins my days that I should be studying. Enter Melatonin - I did some research on this and came into buying this bottle and have been using it for the past 2 weeks. I've put it through every test imaginable - even taking one before i had to wake up 5 hours before work. Let me say that this stuff helps amazingly to get peaceful rest AND it doesn't leave you overly drowsy in the morning. I'll take it til the day I die! January 19, 2008
