Great for your joints
I prefer a vegetarian form of these tried and true joint lubricating ingredients and I've been using this product for several years with good results and no adverse effects.

Hyaluronic Acid shortage?
The Glucosamine & MSM in this product are of the usual type. However, the amount of Hyaluronic Acid included in the product is only enough to allow Natrol to include it on the label. Realistically, there's so little (6.75mg) in the product that it will have little if any positive effect on the synovial fluids in the joints.
I still use this product, as it's cheap. But I also take 50mg/day of the Hyal-Joint form of Hyaluronic Acid.

ultimate joint combo formula
I have tried just about every joint formula available on the market. While most were effective to some degree; I was always on the lookout for the most bang for my buck. I found that with Natrol's product. It had everything I liked in a joint formula at the most affordable price. It has alllowed me to continue to be active and recover as fast as I need to. My joints have never felt better. I recommend it to all my friends. I rarely give anything a 5 star rating, but there was no question here.

Love it!
I take this every day and love it! I have found it effective, easy to take and the price is great. I am very satisfied with Swanson products and their customer service as a whole.
