A Meal More Than a Supplement
I use Mt. Capra Goat Milk Protein as the primary ingredient of my protein shakes. Goat milk has long been renowned for its digestibility. The chocolate flavor just makes it all the better. Highly recommended.

Yummy Protein Supplement
I have been drinking vanilla goat protein powder for a long time. Then I found this product with a chocolate flavor. Since I like chocolate, I wanted to try it. I put the protein powder in a morning blended fruit drink and thought the chocolate flavor might be too much like a dessert for so early in the day. However, the chocolate taste is subtle, not too strong, and delicious. Now I enjoy changing back and forth between the vanilla and chocolate flavor. The label says to use two scoops per serving. The scoop is fairly large, so I have been using only one scoop which provides about as much protein as one scoop of the vanilla goat protein. That makes the container hold a 60-day supply which is a very good value. However, I can't tell this product has changed my strength or stamina during or after workouts as other reviewers commented.

very good post workout
This product works very well with my stomach since I am lactose intolerant. Normal whey and protein powders don't sit well with me. A wonderful blend of whey and casein is perfect for post workout.

Great for Recovery drink
I am an endurance athlete, and am always looking for a good recovery protein formula. There are plenty out there, and they are very expensive and add a lot of extra vitamins, fillers, etc. which really add up to nothing. I gave this a try and find it tastes great, digests good, and appears to do the trick for recovery for me. Mt. Capra's double bonded goat protein provides the two most important ingredients for recovery; whey isolate and casein for repair and protection of muscle tissue. I recommend it for runners and cyclists.

Best Supplemental Protein
Made in a goat's stomach -- not a laboratory beaker.

Great stuff!
I love this product. It keeps me going, tastes great and at approximately $1.00 per serving, it's economical. Goat's milk products 'sit' with me much better than anything from a cow. I highly recommend it.

Great!
This is truly the best whey I have used (and I've tried my fair share of them).
PROS:
1. Taste is good when used in a blender. In addition the the whey, I also add some soy lethicin and greens mix before blending.
2. I have noticed better muscle retention and mass using this whey. I think they may have something with the 2 types of protein claim.
3. I tested it with Kinesiology Muscle Strength Tests (QRA O-Ring Method) and it tested very well.
CONS:
1. Must shake vigorously (I use a blender which is even better - and this is what I recommend to all users). Don't even attempt to mix by hand as it won't mix!!!
2. If not mixed well, one can taste the goat milk (not there if mixed well).

Top Quality
I have been working out and taking supplements since 1971. I have used almost every protein available and I would rate this among the best. The way the product is made and the quality of the ingredients make it a must try...and it tastes great, too! Swanson offers this product at a great price as well.
