I am hooked on this dish soap.! Nothing smells as good and fresh as this basil scent. I do all my dishes by hand so the smell and the quality really matters to me.

Fresh!!
If you like a fresh clean smell in the kitchen, you'll love this! My favorite by far. I wish they made perfume that smelled this good. Works great.

Mrs. Meyers Dish Soap
This was a huge disappointment. The manufacturer made a mention of essential oils used, which I thought meant it wouldn't have any of the commonly-used, very unhealthy, synthetic fragrances added. But it does, and it is hard to take. My whole family and I hated it. It made me feel like it was trying to give me a headache by giving me that funny feeling above my nose inside my head, and that made it extremely unpleasant. Besides that, it just smelled bad! Very fake. Not at all in the least like basil smells. This was just a fake chemical scent. (And I noticed that "fragrance" is listed pretty high up on the label also.) The added perfume ingredient is so strong that it stuck to everything and wouldn't even go away hours after you were finished using it. Plastic items, the dishrag, the sink area, MY HANDS, etc. still had this terrible perfume on them hours later. Hard to get the smell off! Finally, it didn't even work well to suds up and clean unless you gave a HUGE squirt into the sink. This would make the product very expensive to use in the long run, also. I gave up completely on it and ordered the 7th Generation fragrance-free, dye-free dish soap, and *SIGH* finally I can do dishes in peace again!!

Ive been using this product for a couple of years. I love the smell of it. i also like the same sent in laundry detergent

Heavenly scent
When this mixes with the dish water, the aroma is amazing. It makes a not-so-pleasant chore much more enjoyable. Works great too.
