Ingredients: Corn pasta (corn flour), creamy tuna seasoning: sour cream, butter, corn starch, nonfat dry milk, salt, onion powder, sugar, maltodextrin, lactic acid, citric acid, spices, guar gum, turmeric extractive, less than 2% soybean oil and silicon dioxide to prevent caking.
Contains soy and milk ingredients.
You will need: 6 oz. can of tuna, 2½ cups hot water, 1 cup 2% reduced fat milk, 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine.
1. Drain a 6 oz. can of tuna*. Stir in 2½ cups hot water, 1 cup 2% reduced fat milk, 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, sauce mix, and tuna into a 10-inch skillet.
2. Heat to a boil, stirring occasionally, then stir in pasta.
3. Reduce heat, cover and simmer about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until pasta is tender.
4. Remove from heat, uncover and cool for about 3 minutes. Sauce will thicken as it stands.
*Can substitute tofu for tuna.
