Plenty of magnesium!
I had been taking 400-600mg magnesium citrate by Now brand. Worked plenty fine. Thought I'd try this instead, for some reason, I think the combination of the 3 forms of Mg are not as effective as straight Mg citrate. The dose is a little off for me, 400mg is not enough (in this form) 800 is too much. One can't OD on Mg, the body eliminates excess, so I'll just alternate this with the citrate.

Would recommend this product
I like this product. Highly effective and so important to take with calcium and Vit D for healthy bones. This capsule keeps you regular as calcium can cause constipation and helps with sleep too.

Side effects of Magnesium
I found out the hard way that magnesium is a powerful supplement. It gave me diarrhea and I could not even take the minium amount. I like your products in general since I have been buying from you for years, but will now have to check for possible side effects before I take a new one again.

Awesome Vitamin
This is the best I have found. I ran out & got some at Wally World. It did not keep me asleep all night like this product does. The next morning has not been as good either. Getting another batch.
