Children four-ten years: One tablet daily.
Regular adult regimen: Two tablets daily.
Super-Nutrition adult regimen: Three tablets daily.
Fillers: None. Binders: Cellulose and vegetable stearates. Lubricants: silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, and magnesium trisilicate. All B vitamins and Vitamin C are especially coated with vegetable wax, cellulose, and Brazil wax to assure a slow and continuous release of these water soluble vitamins over a 6 to 8 hour period. Each batch is tested and meets this rigid standard. Contains no corn, soy, salt, yeast, wheat, milk & egg products, sugar, starch, or preservatives. Coating: pure vegetable cellulose.
