Mad(hava) for Agave I enjoy using this Amber Agave in my bread making. It has a smooth, subtle taste (not too mapley). It's a nice alternative to honey & molasses. Plus you can't beat Swanson's price! I'm sure I'll be trying the other Organic Madhava Agave flavors. May 16, 2012

Good product Agave nectar has a light, sweet taste. It has a low glycemic index, lower than honey or sugar. Agave nectar also mixes easily in cold drinks. The Madhava brand provides good quality. July 2, 2010

agave, i love you! I am not an agave connoisseur, but I gotta say this stuff is absolutely delicious. Every prior foray I've made into using "natural" sweeters has ended badly...can't stand the taste of stevia, maple syrup is prohibitively expensively, and frankly, honey has a pretty high glycemic index. This amber agave tastes just like maple syrup at a much more affordable price! Delicious delicious delicious! May 3, 2010
