Blueberry Martini

Blueberry juice has a high ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorption Capacity) score, so it’s great for immune system health and cellular defense. However, this beverage is strictly for fun. If you prefer non-alcoholic drinks, we heartily recommend one ounce of blueberry juice mixed with fresh-made lemonade for a healthy twist on a classic summertime favorite.

1 ounce of vodka
1/2 ounce of Cointreau
1/2 tsp Swanson Blueberry Juice
1 lemon wedge
4 blueberries
ice

Fill a shaker with ice and pour vodka and Cointreau over it. Add Swanson Blueberry Juice. Squeeze juice from the lemon wedge over the ice and shake for 20 seconds. Strain liquid into a martini glass and garnish with 4 blueberries on a stir stick. You may feel great, but limit yourself to one.
