The digital display monitor makes it easy to read and understand your blood pressure reading. Clinically validated for accuracy, there are just three simple steps to getting an accurate blood pressure reading: slide on and secure the blood pressure cuff, press the start button to automatically inflate and begin measurement, and then wait for the reading to display your blood pressure and heart rate on the digital panel.

1. Slide on cuff and secure comfortably.

2. Press START button to automatically inflate the cuff and begin measurement.

3. Blood pressure reading, pulse rate, and time are displayed on digital panel.

Using the correct size cuff is important for an accurate reading. Measure the circumference of your upper arm at the midpoint between the shoulder and elbow.
