Good Product
I purchased this product a few months ago. I took the recommended dosage and I can tell a little difference. Taking more than the recommended dosage won't help much. Sometimes I only take 1 to 2 drops instead of 3. I checked with my physician about it before starting it and he said it was okay for me to take. The quality is good but I have my reservations as I would like to try either Iodoral or Lugol's for comparison. 2 ounce bottle is large enough and the rubber squeeze dropped works great. The value is great due to the low price here at Swanson's. I am satisfied with Life Flo Iodine Plus. I would recommend this product to family as well as friends. I will only purchase again after I try Lugol's or Iodoral.

Could be Better Value
Everything about it is fine, except that the daily serving is 3 drops. C'mon guys, potassium iodide is not an expensive ingredient, this could as easily be 3x as concentrated without affecting its sticker price. Well, the bottle contains about 320 servings, I guess its not going to break anyone's budget.
