high quality brand I only take one a day compared to the same micrograms in 2 of Swanson's brand, so it's more convenient. One bottle lasts a month for my family of 3, which makes this a good value. I think many people are taking vitamin D now, but not K along with it. This is important to have a balance of nutrients. Most of us probably don't eat enough green veggies to get this vitamin K available in food. April 13, 2013
A Must Have if You Take Heavy Doses of Vitamin D The description says "Promotes healthy arterial health and healthy bones". Vitamin K2 has been shown to effectively keep calcium out of the places that you don't want it to be and in your bones where you do want it. This is especially important if you are taking high doses of Vitamin D. I take 10,000 IUs of vitamin D a day (temporarily until I get my levels up to 50 ng/ml) I am one of those people who gets calcium deposits where I don't want them if I take high doses of vitamin D cause vitamin D causes you to absorb more calcium from your intestines. To counteract that and prevent calcium deposits in soft tissues I take one of these with every 10,000 IUs of vitamin D3. My wife takes it to keep her arteries free of calcium. March 27, 2013

Worth trying This product is well priced and offers a K- complex. I don't know how to rate the effectness of a Vitamin K product, but I feel that it is a good vitamin to take if you are interested in bone health.This one gives you a 90 day supply which i like.. March 3, 2013
