Now that I'm in my 50's I've found that my metabolism is slowing down, even though I still work out 6 days a week and eat a healthy diet. I hoped to be able to drop 5 unwanted pounds by purchasing this product. Unfortunately, it made absolutely no difference. My weight did not change at all despite my continuing my regular diet and workout schedule. This product was a waste of good money.

product doesn't work
Didn't lose a single pound. Was hoping this would be the answer since menopause has caused me to gain 30 lbs. This product is worthless.

Not so sure!
I wanted to lose about 10 pounds and I thought this would be the perfect product. I have been taking Irvingia for about 8 weeks and haven't lost any weight. I am going to finish the bottle and if I don't lose any weight, I'm going to stop taking them.

let down
i wanted so much for this to work... i took it meticulously twice a day, for 10 weeks--twice, two 10 week courses, one course tried taking the pills with food, the other tried taking the pills without food--and did not lose any weight. i have also tried another brand with double the irvingia per capsule and did not have any results with that either. very disappointing, and expensive to find out :(

good product
I use this product along with coconut oil pills and have started to lose the weight I put on when I retired. Very good product.

Great results
I've been taking Irvingia for over 2 months now and I am very pleased with the results. Immediately after starting on it, I noticed a decrease in my appetite and a sense of "fullness". My target weight loss was 10 lbs. and I have exceeded that target. And because it's not a caffeine pill (like so many other weight loss products I've tried), it doesn't make me jittery. Pricewise, it's suprisingly low. In fact, I almost didn't buy the product because it was "too low" (you know, the whole "you get what you pay for" thing). But that's not the case here. Highly recommend.

Help me lose those last few pounds
I wanted to lose about 10 pounds. I exercised and watched what I eat, but they still would not come off...tried other supplements such as Hydroxycut and Hoodia and these did not work. I am on my 10th week, and have lost 7 of the 10 and plan on reordering a couple more bottles!

I have been using this with no results. All the articles I've read say the testing that's been done is for a 10 week period. I will be using it the whole 10 weeks and see what happens, so far I'm at 4 weeks. I will be reviewing it at the end of my 10 weeks if you want to wait and find out if it had any effects on me. At least on this site it's cheaper.
