Cognitex Basic Value As one ages, the brain needs to be guarded and fed to maintain function and memory. This product is well designed and I have taken the more extensive Cognitex product and found it very good but more expensive. I have recently tried Cognitex Basics and found it to be beneficial aslo. Over the last 3 years, I have had cognitive and memory decline and have found this to be one of the products that have been associated with improvements in both my thinking and memory. I trust LEF and Swanson's products. March 13, 2012
