Brewer's Yeast Buds
Great product and good taste. I love it as it is a natural source of B vitamins. I add it to my juice
each morning and it blends in well, Like the price as well at Swansons.

Adds savory flavor
Brewers yeast is nutritious but if that's why you take it better off with pills, so you know dosages. This is a food, with high nutrient content of certain stuffs, such as chromium and protein. Mix with soy sauce for a very savory flavor. Salt brings out the savory flavor. with no salt a slight, but not unpleasant yeast flavor is more noticable. I sprinkle a tablespoon or 2 it on salads before I pour on the tahini dressing. Adds a dimension. Do not take if you have gout.

LEGENDARY LEWIS LABS YEAST
For decades I have always found Lewis Labs Yeast products head and shoulders above all other nutritional yeast brands and products. . . . Best in quallity, nutritional analysis/value, and taste. Personally, I take 1 to 3 heaping tsp right off the spoon, chew it up and eat it whenever I feel I need an energy and nutrition boost or snack during the day. I like the flavor, and it gives me energizing and sustaining natural food source B-Complex vitamins as well as protein and important potassium. It also quells my hunger, all with minimal calories, few carbs, and no fat, . Lewis Labs Yeast products are all good. Oh, by the way, I use either the Lewis Labs Yeast Buds (this product) or Flakes. Actually, the Flakes are a little easier to use when eating right off the spoon.
AND I also top dress my dog's food with a light dusting of whatever form of Lewis Labs Yeast I am using. Great for him, too, and he licks his chops at the very yummy smell of it.

Best Energy Booster on the Market
These "Non-GMO" Brewer's Yeast Buds by Lewis Labs are more than incredible - truly! They are "naturally" packed full of B Vitamins, Protein/Amino Acids, Fiber and more. The stable burst of energy I get is amazing and long lasting. If I had a limited budget to buy supplements, I would "not" be without this product. I simply add 1-2 Tablespoons of it to my morning blender drink (1 cup organic apple juice, 1 cup clean filtered water, 1" chunk of banana, 1-2 Teaspoons of "Non-GMO" Lecithin Granules by Lewis Labs, 1-2 Tablespoons of "Non-GMO" Brewer's Yeast Buds by Lewis Labs, 1-2 Tablespoons of Super Food Plus Powder by Herbdoc.com).
