Good product This suppliment is really good where many of the Antioxidant is avaliable. But maybe I am too young to take such a strong Antioxidant. I was feeling somewhat like throwing out but after drinking more water I am fine. The instruction did not mention about before or after meal which I have taken before meal which may affect me.
