Care & Use

Unscrew top part of grinder. Fill glass container with your favorite spice or seeds. Screw top back on and remove cap. Hold top in place while twisting body of grinder.

Excellent Pepper Grinder This is the first Pepper Grinder that I have owned and I LOVE it! I read other reviews before I chose this one and I am very happy with the performance of this grinder. Because it is ceramic it will never rust and will perform for years. I ordered the Salt Grinder at the same time and they make a perfect pair. They look nice on the table and are easy to use. Too much work I bought this to grind flax seeds. It is completely inadequate. It takes far too long to grind even a tsp of flax, much less the 2T I was going for. I suppose if you want just a light sprinkle of pepper, it might be ok. Maybe you want/need the exercise? September 12, 2010
