Directions: For a bath, pour into running warm water. For a shower, apply liberally to the skin and massage muscles and joints.

Smells really odd I bought this for my husband because I thought it would have a manly, outdoorsy smell. It has birch and eucalyptus... sounds good, right? No. It smells like a funky spearmint lifesaver, or kind of like some organice ant killer I bought once. Anyway, it's not what I think most people would want to go around smelling like. On the plus side, I haven't noticed a funny smell clinging to the body after using it. It's just that when you sniff it from the bottle, honestly it smells gross. March 14, 2009
