Adds depth of flavor to vegan dishes Highly recommend for the vegan or vegetarian kitchen. Delicious on kale chips. January 29, 2014
Tastes delicious This might be the best deal on nutritional yeast, and it tastes great mixed into salads or popcorn. You'll know it contains a lot of B vitamins when you see the fluorescent color of your urine! January 1, 2014
Husband uses all the time. Good quality item. Husband has used it for years and very satisfied. Swanson has a great price. November 23, 2013

Great product - great price! We have used KAL yeast flakes for years and find that it is a great way to start the day, and it tastes good, too. Also, we appreciate the reasonable price at which Swanson's offers it. Thanks Swanson's! July 8, 2013
Best nutritional yeast! This product is simply the best I've tried. I use it on popcorn, baked potatoes, pasta, and my favorite use, to add a cheesy flavor to dairy free raw cashew cheese. The price from Swanson is the best I've found! June 20, 2013
Love it! Love this stuff! I put it on everything! June 18, 2013
Yummy This tastes yummy over popcorn that has been drizzled with olive oil. April 1, 2013
Good Value Kal brand yeast flakes are a great deal and a good source of vitamin B. I like to put 2/3 of a cup of pecans, 1/3 cup yeast flakes into my food processor and process as fine as I can then add a little pink Himalayan salt to taste and give it another whirl in the processor. I put this in a shaker container and use it on popcorn , pasta, veggies and whatever. It's wonderful ! January 30, 2013
Kal Yeast Flakes I love this Nutritional Yeast, it is so tasty on organic popcorn, and I'm pretty sure that this is the cheapest price anywhere. Thanks for such a awesome price on such an awesome product. January 24, 2013
Great on Oatmeal I put a scoop of this yeast and a small handful of mixed nuts on a bowl of rolled oats, cover it with milk, and microwave it for 90 seconds. Fine way to start the day! December 11, 2012
the best the very best for popcorn with extra virgin olive oil and Himalayan salt May 23, 2012
Overlooked supplement Have added this to morning protein shake for decades. Provides full spectrum of essential amino acids and B vitamins. Good protein source. Reasonable price December 1, 2011
makes a good spread mix it with any type of soy sauce or Maggi and maybe a little bit of mayo and you have a wonderful sandwhich spread similar to the very expensive Vitam-R only available in German health food stores June 16, 2011
Love this yeast! The taste of this yeast is great (if you generally like yeast) and it mixes very easily. I have consumed yeast since I was 9 years old. My Dad became a vegetarian before I was born so we grew up with really nutritious foods and supplements. Yeast is a complete protein and is full of B vitamins. I especially use it as an antidote after consuming anything with sugar to restore the B vitamins that sugar allegedly uses up in digestion. April 13, 2011
