DIRECTIONS: Wear NightCare Moisturizing Gel Heel Socks at least 3 times a week while you sleep or rest. Pull on gently and make sure the Moisture Zone covers heel area. To enhance results apply the included NightCare Intensive Healing Foot Cream to the heel before putting sock on foot. Store in a cool place when not in use. The moisturizing properties of Visco-GEL may last up to three months with normal use.
CONTENTS OF SOCK: 100% Nylon.
CARE OF SOCK: Hand wash in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly. Press flat in a towel and air dry completely before reuse. Sprinkle talcum powder if gel becomes tacky.

FOOT CREAM DIRECTIONS: Massage cream into dry and cracked skin.
