Wonderful
I have been taking Jarrow Sam E for 8 months now. It has truly lived up to it's claims. It's so good to know that I am taking something that is good for me in so many areas and helps my mood, too. You can't ask for more that that!! I would highly recommend it!

Best I've Ever Tried
This product works better than anything I have tried in the past. With no digestive upset, it increases my joint mobility and enables me to move comfortably.

beware - mannitol
Specifically ordered this Jarrow, as online label showed no mannitol, which is tough to find. Product arrived and first ingredient on the label is mannitol! First time that's ever happened w/ Swanson though - so will try again.

SAM E For Life
This is a great SAM E. Joints feel better, digestion is better. There is a reall result in the GI track but it is not harsh. I am on this ine fire life!

Didn't like
If you have a problem getting a pill down. This pill is like a horse pill. Plus, it's very hard. I tired grinding it up, but even then, it left a real bad film on my teeth. I had to switch to a liquid. I ended up throwing most of the pills away.

Regular Purchase
I purchase the Jarrow Formula SAM-e 400 on a regular basis from Swanson, I love the product. My daughter and I take one tablet each day, so we buy a few boxes in each shipment. We appreciate the lower price by comparison to the stores here.

Really helps my mood
Recently I read a book that talked about SAM-e, so I decided to try it. One thing I need to be aware of is the ingredients, as I have multiple food allergies and this Jarrow brand was the only one I could have. I have been on it for about a month and I can definitely tell a difference. It's a subtle, but noticeable, elevation in my mood. And the effect seems to be cumulative, as I experience fewer highs and lows in my overall mood. The book did mention that when you start SAM-e, you might notice a slight headache, which I did but it is gone now. It's nice to be more balanced, especially when life isn't!

Joint Relief
Got this Jarrow's by mistake. Glad it happened.
Not all Sam-e products are equal. This one by
Jarrow worked incredibly quick and the relief was amazing. I will continue to get this.

Great Product
SAM e definitely helps lift my mood and gives me a general all over good feeling.

mood enhancer
My husband has responded very well to this product. We've both been taking SAM-e for it's multiple benefits, but my husband has definitely noticed it's mood-enhancement feature!!! Nice!
