I buy this for myself as well as 2 other family members. In my opinion, it is a very good product for anyone looking for Vit K2-7 in their diet.

Good product
I believe most people that aren't health nuts should be taking some type of K2 vitamin. This brand is made with the right stuff, is cheap, and very easy to use. I'm a repeat buyer on this one.

Gosh, I was told by a health care provider that I need this. I was glad to be able to get it from Swansons. They have a great selection of not only their own products, but many other products as well. Plus,much educational info.

Vitamin K for my bones
Since I am taking a lot of bone building supplements, I read in several books that I should add Vitamin K to help that calcium ends up in my bones and not in my arteries. From my research, this K is the right amount for me and I am hoping it continues to strengthen my bones.

Good K product, good price
Arrived faster than predicted, I like supplements with as little extra stuff in it as possible. This supports my bone stability and I use it daily.
Price is good, although my body deserves the best so I don't consider price a key factor in selection.

a valuable vitamin
The benefits of vitamin K are well known. The only form to take is vitamin K2 derived from natto. This product is the best formula I have found.

I'm with the earlier reviewer, this is a very overlooked vitamin that can do a lot for you. I am so glad I tried it. Do your own research and then don't miss out on the benefits of this important nutrient! I highly recommend it, and of course Swanson has the best prices and great customer service.

Overlooked vitamin, important for health
MK-7 is generally overlooked as a supplement by most people, but the data from recent studies is really promising. It's been consumed as Natto in Japan for decades, with potential bone and cardiovascular benefits.
If anyone takes D3, they should also supplement with some form of K2 (such as MK-7), to prevent calcium from going to the wrong places (soft tissue).
Price is great, Jarrow is an excellent company, and product is in a lipid carrier --worth getting.
