I have trusted Jarrow brand for years ever since it was highly recommended by a health food store employee. They said it is a brand that has passed independent testing for dosage accuracy. Some supplements are not the kind where you can feel an instant difference, but this supplement is important and I am confident it is helping.

One of the few good ones!
Jarrow Milk Thistle is the only milk thistle product tested by ConsumerLab, so far, to get their approval. (Swanson's milk thistle was not among the products tested). I have been always very satisfied with Jarrow products and with Swanson's pricing for them.

Milk Thistle
Great product and great price! I trust Jarrow for quality. This is a lower-dose milk thistle product, so I take a higher number of them each day and split them up before my meals.

Any vitamins or supplements from Jarrow are always superb. This is the best Milk Thistle out there, as it is standardized to 80% Silymarin, at a high percentage/ratio.
Do your self a favor try this, you won't be disappointed.

I love this product, and have taken it for years. It keeps from feeling sluggish after a heavy meal or after drinking any alcohol. Highly recommended...
