a really good product
If you look at the price of L-Glutamine both capsules and powder you will see that this product is an exceptional value. I love it because you are not subject to having to mix powder but can pop a capsule whenever needed. i have seen an increase in muscle gains and muscle mass since taking this product.

MOST BANG FOR YOUR BUCK
I have always taken a lot of L-Glutamine daily for my mental acuity. When I noticed that Swanson offered this same L-Glutamine potency from Jarrow, which is a company that I like a lot, I ordered it. I am so glad that I did. These are nice, easy-to-swallow tablets, and they give me the excellent results I am used to. This goes down as smooth as silk...
Very easy to swallow, good price and after my run, I take 4 tablets and swallow them real easy and I also drink a protein drink. I take both theses items so my muscles recover more quickly and rebuild to be bigger and stronger.

helps a lot
I exercice regularly,and l-glutamine helps a great deal with edurance and muscle recovery,I have used it for a long time,exelent results,one of the best supplements.

Good supplement...however
Having taken another brand of L-Glutamine for a number of years, which I had been purchasing from another vendor and is in a capsule form, I decided to try Jarrow because it was the only one that I could buy that was 1000 mg. While it is a very reputable product, the only problem I had was that it is difficult to swallow, not because of the size, but of its chalky consistency.
