Gamma E 300 contains Gamma Tocopherol, one of the eight members of the vitamin E family found concentrated in plant seeds and vegetable oils. Many Vitamin E supplements only offer d-alpha tocopherol. Gamma tocopherol is especially protective against free radicals. Inside the body, gamma tocopherol is found in high concentrations in the skin, muscle and venous tissue. Each softgel of Gamma E 300 contains more gamma tocopherol than a kilogram of pecans, pistachios, or walnuts.

mixed at best It is Vitamin E gamma tocopherols. The vitamin E we need for our brains. The quantity is three times as much as we need, so we should take only one each three days. What is the source of this Vitamin E? Is it GMO free? Is it organic? Where is it processed? I hate being kept in the dark about the quality of food supplements. December 5, 2012
