CarotenAll contains alpha and beta-carotene extracted from palm fruit (Caromin) in rations identical to carrots. One softgel of CarotenAll provides greater amounts of the major carotenoids than five to six servings of vegetables. I love this product line Jarrow makes probably the best supplements on the market. CarotenAll is an easily digestible source of beta carotene/vitamin A, that doesn't contain that nasty ol' soybean oil that blocks nutritional uptake in the body, and certainly none of the digestive upset from fish oil. While the Jarrow Formulas tend to be one of the more expensive brands on the market, it is well worthwhile buying them from Swanson because you will save between a third to a half off of the health food store price.
