I like this calcium because it is easy to take & it is not necessary to take a huge number to attain daily calcium requirements. It includes other ingredients besides calcium making it unecessary to take additional supplements.

Calcium From Animal Bones
I have been wondering if it's really easy to our bodies to absorb this kind (or other kinds ) of calcium supplements?
There is no easy way to tell whether calcium from supplements is assimilated into right places of our system.

I would never be without this product. I t has many things that other calcium products do not - especially vitamin k. I think it is important for anyone concerned about bone health.

Great Way to Get Your Calcium
I have been using Bone-Up for several years. Since I first began using it I have noticed that my nails are stronger and my hair seems to be growing better -- at least what I have left. I used to buy it at local health food stores, but the price at
Swanson is much better, and the shipping costs on online orders are reasonable. I recommend Bone-Up from Swanson's highly.

Excellent calcium.
I buy this calcium every month, and tell friends about it regularly. One of the best forms, easy to absorb, and all the little extras that calcium needs to work for you. The only 2 light drawbacks for me are the monthly cost, even at Swanson's prices, and the # I have to take to get enough(1500 mg.) BUT, I am told the really good forms of calcium are not as compact as the less effective ones, and I accept that. I find this one is more effective than calcium citrate.

My favorite for my bones
My doctor recommended this form of calcium-mag, said it was absorbed the best. I have been buying this for several years and my results have been very good.

Strong Bones
