This product works as it says it does. It is a great alternative to other forms of vitamin B-12. It is a good value for the money.

I am happy with this product. I feel it doesn't upset my stomach and although people say it doesn't make your urine bright yellow, I disagree. But other than that, I would purchase again.

The best B-complex
This is a great price for a great product. I have gotten a queasy stomach on other B-Complex's, but not this one. It is not like the orange colored typical formula and is low odor. I will always purchase this product and recommend it to all family and friends. You can't match the price anywhere else with similar formulas, and Jarrow is a great company.

great product
This B vitamin supplement contains some uncommon forms of different B vitamins.
They also don't have that horrible smell that vitamin pills usually do, and they don't turn my urine neon yellow.
Very satisfied with this product, performance and price wise.

I could get addicted to this product! Well, all jokes aside, this product is great if you need energy but want to get it the healthy way. This product was shipped promptly. I received emails about the order and the shipment. Overall I am very satisfied and will order from Swanson again.

the right stuff
I have been looking for a good B-complex; but every one I looked at had cyano cobalamin for their B12 form. The cyano form is next to useless and B12 should be taken in its methyl form. I have been impressed with other Jarrow products. I figured if they got the right form of B12 when no one else does, the product is worth investigating

Being allergic to a lot of grains, I need my B's. I have taken this same supplement for years. If I miss a week, I get signs of deficiency.

best B -Complex I have seen
I buy this for My wife and I .Our jobs are stressful and at age 60 we need something special .I combed through all the B-Complex on line and in stores and was very impressed with this particular one -with 100 mcg of Methylcobalamin (b12) +biotin,choline,inositol and paba. I am also impresss with the 2 types of B3 and B6 .

Excellent stuff!
I am normally a low energy person. Not so, with this. I don't get the jitters, though I have experienced the "niacin rush" when I absent-mindedly took it without food. Once I knew what it was, it was somewhat pleasant. I googled it and it can be beneficial to the immune system. Nice bonus!

My favorite b-complex
I buy this complex for my 89 year old Mother, it seems to give her the right amount of b's, other complexes seem to give her a little too much energy.

Good B complex
It's difficult to actually pinpoint any significant benefits from a B complex - I've been taking a B complex for many years.
What I like about this Jarrow formula is that it DID NOT contain rice flour. I have an allergy to rice and notice it in many supplements.
I also like the quality of the Jarrow line of products and am glad Swanson carries them.

Great Product!!
I have tried many different brands of B-Complex which did little to my overall well being. I am now using B-Right for more than 2 months and I feel as if my energy is at optimal levels and as a result of which I feel younger by at least 10 years. Obviously Jarrow's seems to have got the combination & ingredients just right. I take 1 capsule twice a day.

My favorite B-complex
It doesn't smell. It doesn't turn your urine neon. It has the right kind of B-12. It uses both niacin and niacinamide so you won't get a hot flash. It has 2 different kinds of B5 & B6. Diversity is a wonderful thing. At this price, it's a steal! I feel AWESOME since I started taking it. I work in a health food store. When we consult "the book" for symptoms, 9 times out of 10 it suggests a good B-complex. This is that B complex.

Really Good Formula
Jarrow B-Right seems to be a very balanced b-complex formula with the right forms of the nutrients included as well.
