Super product
I follow a chemist, and he highly recommends this product. I use it 2X per day. It is a very good product and my eyes are in great condition considering my age.

Keeps me from gaining weight
Taken with alpha lipoic acid, acetyl l carnitine seems to prevent me from gaining weight, and when dieting, I seem to lose weight faster and with more ease.

Effective and Cheap
This did the trick. Increased concentration and energy along with benefits to blood sugar stability can all be expected. In addition one may find other benefits from this supplement. Do more research to know what I mean. 10/10

If energy is what you're looking for...
Other people I know in their thirties or forties complain of lack of energy -- but taking acetyl l-carnitine has given me energy and mental clarity far beyond what I would normally expect. I've tried other brands, but Jarrow's is the one that gives me the most energy -- if I take it in the morning, I notice that I feel energized in the afternoon instead of wanting to take a nap. Try it... you'll like it!
