Directions for loading phase: One (1) heaping teaspoon (5 g) mixed with one (1) cup (6-8 fl. oz.) (178-237 mL) of non-citrus juice or water four (4) times daily for five (5) days on an empty stomach.
Directions for maintenance: One (1) heaping teaspoon (5 g) mixed with one (1) cup (6-8 fl. oz.) (178-237 mL) of non-citrus juice or water one-half (1/2) hour before workout, or one (1) serving daily on an empty stomach.
For optimum results pre workout: One (5 g) serving one-half (1/2) hour before workout.
