Uses

Temporarily relieves the symptoms of simple nervous tension and stress.

Warnings

As with any drug, ask a doctor before use if pregnant or nursing. Consult a physician if symptoms last for 7 days or worsen.

Keep this and all medications out of the reach of children. Do not use if imprinted tamper band is broken or missing. In case of emergency, contact a poison control center immediately.

Directions:

Adults and children 12 years and over: Dissolve 1-2 tablets in mouth before each meal and bedtime. Children under 12 years: 1/2 adult dose.

Awesome Product! If you have simple nervous tension or stress, this is an awesome product! I have 4 children who love to challange the strength of my nerves! Since taking this product, I am calmer, more relaxed, & sleep better. I really notice the difference when I don't take it before bed. Simply dissolve 6 tabs in your mouth 4 times a day- before each meal & once before bed. I was so happy to learn that Swanson's carried this product! I've been using it for almost a year, but will now make future purchases from Swanson's as they offer the best price around. April 11, 2011

Better off without it These pills did nothing for me as my anxiety continue to escalate. The only positive thing about Nerve Tonic is the sweet taste to it. I will stick to yoga and running to ease my nerves from now on. March 29, 2011
