Formula: MAGNESIA PHOPHORICA 12X, HPUS; COLOCYNTHIS 12X, HPUS; CIMICIFUGA RACEMOSA 12X, HPUS; PULSATILLA 6X, HPUS IN A BASE OF LACTOSE, NF.

Directions: Adults: Dissolve 2-3 tablets under tongue every 4 hours or as needed.

WARNINGS: Do not use if imprinted cap band is broken or missing. If symptoms persist for more than 7 days or worsen, contact a licensed healthcare provider. GREAT! I have bad Menstrual Cramps every month and I can't use a heating pad because I got burned bad. But Nothing else was helping with the Menstrual Cramps but this product! Is wonderful! I only have to take the 2-3 tablets and I'm good for 6 hours no cramps killing me in pain. I WOULD RECOMMEND This to everyone I know. May 31, 2013

works great! bought this for my wife, who always gets horrible cramps with pain going into her legs. She noticed a huge difference and the pain in her legs was pretty much non-existent and the cramps weren't as bad, either. Good timing, too. Awesome Product!!! This product has helped my terrible monthly cramps. I get really bad cramps and this helps tremendously with the pain. My pain does get better with heat and no movement like the info for this product says. So if you are like that, I would recommend it for your menstrual cramps. September 28, 2010
