Formula: Hypericum Perf. 30X. In a base of Lactose N.F.

Directions: Adults: Dissolve 4 tablets under tongue 4 times a day. Children: 2 tablets as above.

Best for Spasms and Nerve Pain Some Homeopathic Remedies are mixtures which might be alright if you have all the pains and issues they are addressing. This one is straight up for nerve pain and spasm, especially pain of the spine and any nerves following an accident, dental procedure or surgery. This product quells my pain very well. Mixed review This specific product was highly recommended to me by a nutrional professional, and I found Swansons to have a great price on this brand. The tiny tablets were extremely easy to take and actually sweet tasting. On the other hand, I did not feel that I recieved the benefit I expected from the hypericum and stopped taking it because I developed a dull headache which can be a side effect of St. John's Wort for some.
