These not only help facilitate healing for sprains, strains, bruises and the like .. I find they ease the accompanying aches and help me find sleep more easily.

very simple to take
For someone who has difficulty swallowing; this is a real help. It melts on the tongue in a few seconds and has very little taste. The arnica lotion is wonderful to use at the same time to help with muscle discomfort.

bumps and bruises
If I over excercised Id use it for comfort for the next day. One time I broke my toe and Arnica Montana 6X
saved my whole month! And my job. Swelling and pain very minamal. My Dr. said he never heard of it..to bad for him.

Great product
I am familiar with this product from travels in Germany. People there use it all the time. My 88 year old mother took a fall just recently. She had a huge balck/blue/purple bruise above her elbow. I expected the bruise to be there for 2 months, but within 2 weeks all signs of bruising had disappeared. I am so impressed with this product.

it works it works!
I'm writing a nearly identical review to the one I wrote for the 30x.
I started taking this after getting a fracture in a bone in a foot. It helped for that and afterward i discovered it was just as helpful for backache, neckache [spinal related], and general aches.
From reading what this is for, I seem to be getting more results than what this is targeted for. HA! I also use the arnica montana 30x at same time, 3 or 4 times a day, but not for more than a few days at a time.
I stopped using the new Swansons Homeopathic super duper one because it didn't work as well as this 6x and 30x, and because theirs wouldn't dissolve sublingually!
I prefer this brand just slightly over the Boericke & Tafel brand, but they are both probably nearly identical. Different body types do better with one brand or another.
