Oh, Come On. . . . . . .
How can any reviewer not give this wonderful Cell Salt 5 leaves all the way down the line? Minerals are more than just important, they are critical for the body's health, well-being, proper functioning, and even life itself. This #8 Mag. Phos. is remarkable for proper muscle relaxation (not a tranquilizer; doesn't make one tired or sleepy) with no negative side-effects or down side.
As the label states, and as Swanson's description of the product states. . . . Mag. Phos overcomes / prevents pains and cramps, twitches, menstrual cramps, stomach cramps, flatulence, headaches, general achiness, and on and on. . . . all when they are due to a deficiency of Mag. Phos. in the body. So why not use good old #8 regularly? - - - 4 to 6 tablets under the tongue as the label states 3 or more times daily to establish a Mag. Phos. presence and balance throughout the body, so the symptoms will not appear. If or when the pains / cramps / shaking hands / tension / twitching symptoms do appear, one can always take the label's recommended dosage every 15 minutes. However, the symptoms might not occur if one uses Cell Salt #8 regularly. Think about it. Personally, I use it this way, and I strongly recommend this product and practice.
By the way, my mother introduced me to this wonderful Homeopathic Cell Salt way back in the 1960s. It worked great for her, and she was really old. #8 is proven to be great for males and females of all ages and conditions. My mother is testimony to that. Not a claim. . . . Just the facts.
Seriously, think how inexpensive this is. It's hard to believe that something so effecitve and easy to use, all with no down side, can be so inexpensive.

Spasm reliever
I use this product, 6 tablets under my tongue for spasm of any kind. Examples have been when my hands are shaking or with spasms in my stomach or a pain in the back of my head. It works very fast for me. I have used it for years.

I recommend this to women.
I was suprised how well this worked. I like that I don't have to worry about side effects or drug interactions with this product. Its easy to take and the bottle lasts a long time.

Good Price
I have used this product for years. It works fast.
The price at Swanson is less than half the price at local store. Swanson gives very fast service.
