Honey Gardens Apitherapy Raw Honey is a culmination of an incredible amount of work by honeybees. The color varies from almost white to a golden brown, depending on which northern wildflowers the bees are gathering nectar from. Raw honey is liquid when it comes out of the honeycomb, and naturally crystallizes within a few months at a rate dependent on the flower nectars included and temperature. Apitherapy honey has never been heated or filtered, and thus retains the beneficial traces of pollen, propolis and beeswax which the flowers and bees have provided.
