Radish - Raphanus sativas
Cherrybelle Classic red garden radish. One inch, round radishes with a crispy white flesh and moderate heat. Will not split easily and retains quality for a long harvest period.
Planting Tips: Hardy Annual. Direct sow seeds as soon as soil can be worked in early spring through fall, best grown in cool temps. Transplanting is not recommended. Optimal soil temperature for germination is 70°F. Seedlings are apparent within a few days and should be thinned, and kept well weeded. Radishes can be harvested at any time, but if left too long will typically become tough and very spicy.
