What kind of browser settings do you recommend?

How long will items be held in my Shopping Cart?

If you are not logged in to our site, the items in your cart will be saved for 7 days, unless modifications are made to your cart, in which case the cart time clock will be reset. Your cart will empty on day 8.

Where can I find my customer number?

If you're a registered user, log in to your account. Your customer number will be listed on in your main My Account page. If using a catalog, find your customer number printed in the pink box located on the back of your catalog. When you need to contact us for any reason, it's a good idea to have your customer number handy so we are better able to assist you.

How do I change my password?

You may change your password in your Profile page. Simply follow the easy instructions.

Do you have an online newsletter?

Yes, we do. Sign up for our Research Update email to get weekly reports on the latest in health and wellness research and news.

Where do I find the supplement facts box on your product pages?

You can find the supplement facts, nutrition facts and other product details normally found on the back of the label by clicking our Product Label tab.

Where do I find out some basic information about each product?

Clicking on the name or picture of a product will take you to a page for that item with a unique description of it, as well as other important information such as ingredients and customer reviews.

How can I view customer ratings and reviews for this product?

The Reviews tab brings up any customer ratings and reviews for this product. You may also click the "read all reviews" link under the product.

Why do some pages have a Video tab and others do not?

Some items feature an informational video produced by Swanson or one of our industry partners. If we have a video for a specific item, the Video tab will appear on the product page.

Some pages have a Shipping Restrictions tab. What does this mean?

We are unable to ship certain items or ingredients, such as alcohol-containing items, outside of the United States. Additionally, some countries prohibit the sale of products containing the indicated ingredients; consequently, we are unable to fill an order for them if you live in one of the affected countries. Please see the Shipping Restrictions page for more information.

Why are some of your products restricted in the state of California?

In order to comply with California's Proposition 65 regulations, we must refrain from shipping items that do not meet these regulations to this state. We apologize for any inconvenience.

I want to reorder my products, but I don't have time to search in the catalog or website. Is there a fast way to look up these numbers?

Yes, there is! If you want to reorder any Swanson branded product, it's easy to find the item number right on the bottle. Look for item numbers on the bottle's label, just above the UPC code. Swanson item numbers all start with the letters SW followed by letters and/or numbers. Please note: you may have to tilt the bottle to clearly see the item number.

To make things faster the next time you need to place an order, registered users may save item numbers in the Favorites section of their My Account. The list of favorites can be edited at any time. You can also add favorites to your order from this section.

Registered users can also go into My Account's Order History section. There they can reorder past orders or individual items on past orders.

How do I unsubscribe from your emails?

At the bottom of each email you receive from us, you'll find an unsubscribe link.

Registered users can also manage their email subscriptions in their My Account. You can edit your settings to receive all our emails, no marketing offers or only certain emails (such as offers, recipes, daily health tips or Research Updates).

Users who opt out of emails will still receive order and shipping receipts to their email address.

QR Code

Our Swanson Health Products catalogs now feature QR codes for mobile devices. QR (Quick Response) codes are small barcodes that can be scanned by smartphones and tablets that have cameras, such as the iPhone, Blackberry, Droid and iPad2. To be able to scan QR codes, users must first download a barcode scanner or QR reader app onto their device. Use your device's camera to scan the QR code you'll find in our catalogs, which will take you to our mobile website where you can start shopping.
