My Auto Delivery from Swanson Health Products is a convenient way for you to get the products you want delivered to you on a regular schedule. You always have complete control over your deliveries and will receive reminder emails before orders are placed. There is never an obligation to continue. You can change your delivery frequency, quantity, shipping address, billing address and payment method in the My Auto Delivery section of our site. You can also cancel any Swanson Health Products My Auto Delivery orders if you no longer wish to receive them. Changes to orders can be made anytime within 24 hours of the scheduled order shipment date. Please note: My Auto Delivery is available on domestic orders only.
Signing up for Swanson Health Products My Auto Delivery is simple. Just select the Swanson Health Products My Auto Delivery option on the item detail pages of your favorite products and the frequency you want to have products delivered. Then check out as you normally would. You will receive a separate email showing any Swanson Health Products My Auto Delivery items and their delivery schedules.
The My Next Order tab shows the details for your next scheduled order. An order may contain more than one individual item scheduled for Swanson Health Products My Auto Delivery if the items have the same delivery date, shipping address, billing address and payment information.
The My Auto Delivery Items tab shows individual Swanson Health Products My Auto Delivery items and the details for those individual items including next order date, delivery frequency, quantity, shipping address, billing address and payment information. Individual Swanson Health Products My Auto Delivery items can all have unique account information or you can make the account information the same for each item.
You can change when you get email reminders for your Swanson Health Products My Auto Delivery orders. When you create an order, it is automatically set to send you an email reminder 10 days before your Auto-Delivery order will be placed. To change this, simply go to the My Auto Delivery Items tab in My Auto Delivery and click More Changes under the next order date for any item. Click Change to set the reminder email to be between one day and 30 days prior to the order being placed.
Each Swanson Health Products My Auto Delivery item has a separate reminder email, so if you need to change the reminder email date for multiple items then you will need to change it for each item.
You will always receive Swanson Health Products' Every Day Low Price on items that are part of your My Auto Delivery shipment. Various promotions and sales (email specials, Facebook promos, Deal of the Day discounts, etc.) are excluded from the My Auto Delivery program.
As a registered Swanson Health Products customer, simply login to your account. On your account page you will see a click My Auto Delivery.
You can cancel Swanson Health Products My Auto Delivery orders or individual items at any time.
To cancel an order, go to the My Next Order tab in My Auto Delivery and click the Remove link underneath the quantity to remove the item from the order. When you remove the item, you will have the option to remove it from the order or to cancel all future deliveries for that item.
To cancel all future deliveries for an individual item, go to My Auto Delivery, then My Auto Delivery Items and click Cancel where the item quantity is listed. You will need to confirm the cancellation.
Swanson Health Products My Auto Delivery items that have the same order date, shipping address, billing address and payment method will ship as one order.
If you have more than one Swanson Health Products My Auto Delivery item and want them to ship in the same order, simply go to the My Auto Delivery Items tab in My Auto Delivery and change the next order dates to be the same. Also, confirm the orders are going to the same shipping and billing addresses and have the same payment method.
At this time, you cannot add an item to My Auto Delivery without placing an order. When you place an online order for the item(s) you wish to add, it must be included in the My Auto Delivery program. Because you're purchasing the item(s) now, the order will ship immediately.
You can change how frequently an item is sent on the My Auto Delivery Items tab in My Auto Delivery by updating the Delivery Frequency in the pull down menu for each item.
You can view your future orders on the My Next Order tab in My Auto Delivery. Your very next scheduled order will be showing when you go to the page. To see additional deliveries, click on View Future Deliveries on the right hand side.
You can change the email address for order reminder emails in the My Account section on our site.
You can change your shipping address for all Swanson Health Products My Auto Delivery orders or on individual items.
To change the shipping address for an order, go to the My Next Order tab in My Auto Delivery. The shipping address for that order is listed on the bottom. Click Change to update the shipping address.
To change the shipping address for an individual item, go to the My Auto Delivery Items tab in My Auto Delivery. Go to More changes, which is found under the next order date for any item. You will see the shipping address for that individual item. Click Change and enter the new shipping address.
You can change your billing address for Swanson Health Products My Auto Delivery orders or individual items.
To change the billing address for an order, go to the My Next Order tab in My Auto Delivery. The billing address is on the bottom. Click Change to update the address.
To change the billing address for an individual item, go to the My Auto Delivery Items tab in My Auto Delivery and click the More Changes link under the next order date for any item. Click Change to enter your current billing address.
Any items scheduled for delivery will be placed for shipment on the next order date. Once your Swanson Health Products My Auto Delivery order is placed for shipment it will usually ship within 24 hours. All Swanson Health Products My Auto Delivery orders ship by standard shipping. You can view and modify the next order date for an individual item on the My Auto Delivery Items tab in My Auto Delivery.
You can easily change when your next order is sent if you need it sooner or later than the scheduled shipping date. Simply go to the My Auto Delivery under the Members Programs section of your account. Select the My Next Order tab to change the next order date for any individual item.
If you need to skip a delivery, go to the My Next Order Tab inside the My Auto Delivery section of your account. Click the Skip button next to the order date. You won't receive the order until the following order date.
You can also go the My Auto Delivery Items tab in My Auto Delivery to change the next order date for any individual item.
When a product scheduled for delivery becomes backordered or otherwise unavailable on the day it ships, you will be notified via email.
All My Auto Delivery subscription programs require a credit or debit card for payment. Alternative payment forms, such as PayPal and WU Pay, cannot be accepted.
You are able to change the credit or debit card for Swanson Health Products My Auto Delivery orders or individual items.
To change the credit or debit card for an order, go to the My Next Order tab in My Auto Delivery. Scroll down to find the payment information for that order. Click the Change link to change the credit or debit card.
To change the credit or debit card for an individual item, go to the My Auto Delivery, then My Auto Delivery Items and click the More Changes tab under the next order date for the item. Find the payment information and click the Change link to update payment information.
Orders will only be billed to the credit card or deducted from the debit card on the day the order is shipped. You can cancel any order up to 24 hours before the next order date.
