Glutathione makes me feel much better Glutathione is the body's general or common, natural antioxidant defense from free radicals. I have found my general health to improve steadily with regular, sustained use. I feel much better than I did five months ago. I normally use about 1000 mg a day, split between morning and bedtime. I don't know if this does anything I purchased this because it was on sale. I didn't notice any difference from the jarrow brand which is usually half the price. I'm not even sure if this oral glutathione does anything at all. There is some debate on whether this gets absorbed or not. March 7, 2012
