Suggested Use: Adults: take 6 capsules daily, 3 in the morning and 3 in the evening, with at least 10-12 ounces of water, juice or your favorite beverage. Children: (6 yrs to 12 yrs): 2/3 the adult suggested use.
Use Super Colon Cleanse Day about every 2 months and for no more than 10 days at a time.
