Vita-Veggie Salad

Swanson Healthy Recipe Vita-Veggie Salad

Combine mayonnaise, fructose and vinegar or lemon to make a dressing. In a large bowl combine the cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, raisins and sunflower seeds, and add the dressing.

Toss to coat all the ingredients with dressing, and refrigerate for 8 hours before serving.

Makes 8 servings.
