Pineapple Curry Coleslaw

    1 medium cabbage, thinly chopped
    1 carrot, thinly chopped
    1 medium red cabbage, thinly chopped



Blend spices and salt together. Add macadamia nut oil and honey. Add vegetables, cranberries and pineapple tidbits. Stir together. Refrigerate for one hour and serve.

Makes 14 servings. Serving size 0.5 cup.
