Cookie Sprinkles

Cream together coconut oil, fructose, egg, and vanilla. Sift flour, baking soda and cream of tartar. Combine flour mixture with wet ingredients and mix well. Roll out dough and cut with a small round cookie cutter. Place on cookie sheet and sprinkle with fructose and cinnamon mixture. Bake at 375° F for 10 minutes or until golden brown.

Makes 24 cookies. Serving size 1 cookie.
