Spicy Spinach Saute

Heat oil in wok or large skillet. Add onion and sauté until slightly tender. Stir in spinach, followed by the beans and spices. Sauté over medium-high heat until greens and onion are tender (approximately 8 minutes).

If you prefer more heat, add more cayenne pepper or a splash of your favorite hot sauce.

Makes 4 servings. Serving size 0.5 cup.
