Honey-Yogurt Dressing

Salad

Honey-Yogurt Dressing: Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and stir well with a wire whisk.

Salad: Combine apples, celery, carrot pieces, raisins and walnuts in a large bowl. Pour honey-yogurt dressing over apple mixture and toss gently. Cover and chill for 3 hours. Serve fruit mixture on beds of spring greens or other lettuce.

Makes 6 servings.
